Die Syrische Steppenraute ist eine vom Mittelmeerraum bis ins fernste China wachsende Pflanze, die weisse Blüten hervorbringt und deren Samenkapseln 20-50 Samen enthalten, welche sowohl eine psychedelische Wirkung auf uns haben, als auch eine körperliche. Ihre Effekte basieren vorrangig auf die Wirkstoffe Harmin und Harmalin, vor allem auf Harmin. Die Steppenraute wird in Südeuropa und der asiatischen Welt seit Jahrtausenden als Räucherwerk bei Geburten und Hochzeiten eingesetzt. Ebenso bei Menstruationsbeschwerden und zur Geburtshilfe selbst, da Harmin muskelentspannend wirkt.

Well. First you have to make an essence from Syrian-Rue seeds. Its very simple. Cook 30g of SR seeds with 1 cup of water and ½ a cup of lemon juice for 30 minutes on small heat. Then let it cool down. When its cool enough fill it into a 500 ml glas bottle (please, no plastic!) and add the same amount of water and lemon juice to make it 500 ml.
